Track Your Order

Once your Norali Pet Wellness order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

You can use the tracking details provided to follow the latest available status of your shipment.

How to Track Your Order

To check your order status, please have the following information ready:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used when placing your order

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking information to become active.

Has Your Tracking Not Updated?

Tracking information may occasionally take some time to update after a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking has not changed for an extended period, this does not always mean that the package has stopped moving.

Please allow reasonable time for the carrier's system to update before contacting us.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several products, they may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations.

This means you might receive:

  • More than one tracking number
  • Separate packages
  • Packages arriving on different days

Receiving one part of your order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items have been forgotten.
